The ignition process starts inside the guide tube away from the burner environment resulting in an extremely stable and reliable igniter.<\/p>\n<p>Capacities (nominal) range from 1 mmBtu\/hr to 50 mmBtu\/hr.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2902 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarana-instrument.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/image105.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"181\" height=\"120\" \/>The DURAFire\u00ae oil igniter <\/strong>comes standard with Forney\u2019s High Energy Spark Igniter (HESI) as the spark source. The HESI produces a powerful 12\u2010joule spark approximately three times per second at the primary combustion zone. The HESI spark tip is a nonfouling, surface\u2010gap tip which is replaceable as a unit by a threaded connection. The remaining HESI components consist of a positioning rod, cable and power unit.
